  • Subscription Services: If you are not satisfied with our trading signals, you may request a refund within the first 7 days of your subscription. No refunds will be issued after this period.

  • One-Time Services: Refunds for one-time services, such as portfolio management consultations or trading classes, are not provided unless the service is canceled by NBRI.

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.

Late Payments

  • Penalties: Late payments may incur additional fees as per the specific service agreement. Continuous failure to make payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

  • Reactivation: Suspended services due to non-payment can be reactivated upon clearing the outstanding dues.

Dispute Resolution

Any payment disputes must be reported within 30 days of the transaction date. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
